The registration fees include admission to all technical sessions of the workshop, coffee/tea breaks, lunches, the workshop cocktail and diner as well as the workshop proceedings.

The early registration deadline is July 1, 2009. Any registration and payment done after this date or on-site are considered as a late registration and paid as such.

To register, participants have to fill in the registration form and the Credit Card Payment form if they intend to pay by Credit Card. Please note that the Credit Card Payment form is for the registration fees only. Both forms are given in the same document which can be downloaded in the pdf format or in the MSWord format. Participants are kindly asked to send an e-mail us together with faxing the registration form. We will acknowledge the receipt of your fax.
